Most health plans cover our services and we gladly file INSURANCE claims on your behalf. However, we do not participate in and cannot bill Medicaid. For patients without health insurance, we offer a 25% discount when payment is made in full at time of service.

Treatment of Minor Children
If you plan to entrust the care of your child to another, be sure to give a completed copy of the Authorization for Treatment Form to the adult caring for your child. This ensures that high quality health services will be available from The Immediate Care Center should your child become ill or injured.
