Most health plans cover our services and we gladly file INSURANCE claims on your behalf. We are participating providers for Traditional Medicaid, Hoosier Healthwise - St. Francis, and Managed Health Services (MHS) and the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) under MHS. For patients without health insurance, we offer a 25% discount when payment is made in full at time of service.

Treatment of Minor Children
If you plan to entrust the care of your child to another, be sure to give a completed copy of the Authorization for Treatment Form to the adult caring for your child. This ensures that high quality health services will be available from Franciscan Immediate Care should your child become ill or injured.
